Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their financial needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a strong sales background, and is interested in the financial services industry.

Required:

• Responsible for addressing daily requests and providing technical support, operational issues, bank transaction inquiries, assisting with general onboarding activities, implementing tickets, setting up deposit accounts.
• Need someone who has good communication skills.
• Experience working in a client-facing role which requires communication via telephone, video conference, and email.
